About Little Roots 🌱

Little Roots is a holistic wellness and life education brand created to help parents raise knowledgeable, confident, and connected children.

Built on the belief that the lessons we plant in our children early become the roots they carry throughout life, Little Roots combines herbal education, natural wellness, body literacy, practical life skills, and intentional parent-child learning.

Our courses are designed to make conversations and subjects that can sometimes feel complicated easier for families to explore together.

Rather than simply telling children what to do, Little Roots encourages them to understand why—why plants have traditionally been used in wellness practices, why their bodies change, why caring for themselves matters, and how the natural world connects to everyday life.

Our Growing Course Collection 🌿

Little Roots: Herbal Wellness for Children

An introduction to the world of herbs and plant wellness created for children and their families. Kids learn about plants, basic herbalism, plant identification and anatomy, traditional uses of herbs, and simple ways families can explore herbal wellness together.

Little Roots: Maturing Daughter

A mother-and-daughter learning experience designed to make the transition into puberty and young womanhood feel informed, supported, and intentional. The course introduces body literacy, menstruation, hygiene, emotional changes, self-care, holistic wellness, and healthy conversations surrounding a girl's changing body.

Together, these courses represent the heart of Little Roots:

Teaching our children the things we wish more of us had been taught early.

Little Roots isn't just about herbalism. It's about creating a generation of children who understand their bodies, recognize their connection to nature, develop practical wellness skills, and feel confident asking questions about the world around them.

And we're only getting started. 🌱
